Assignment of Judgment & Collection Authorization

For value received, Assignor absolutely assigns and transfers to EnforcePay all right, title, and interest in the judgment identified above, with full standing for EnforcePay to enforce, collect, and satisfy it in its own name as the substituted party under Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.260(c) and 1.210(a), and to record this assignment under Fla. Stat. § 55.10.
At no cost to Assignor, EnforcePay pursues the collection at its own expense — retaining and paying its own attorneys and advancing all costs, and taking every lawful step to enforce and collect the judgment.
In exchange, EnforcePay will pay Assignor a fixed amount set in a separate written confirmation — not a share of what is collected — replacing any prior collection arrangement between them.
Terms acceptance is captured only by the affirmative checkbox in this session.
Judgment Purchase Agreement

Seller sells, and EnforcePay buys, the judgment outright — an absolute transfer of all right, title, and interest, with EnforcePay substituted as the party of record to enforce, collect, and satisfy it in its own name under Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.260(c) and 1.210(a), and recordable under Fla. Stat. § 55.10.
Ownership passes when Seller signs. At its own expense, EnforcePay retains and pays its own attorneys and advances all costs of enforcement — the sale costs Seller nothing.
EnforcePay pays a fixed purchase price, set in a separate written confirmation — not a fee, not a percentage, and never a share of what is collected. This purchase replaces any prior collection arrangement between the parties.

- EnforcePay is not a law firm and gave me no legal advice.
- I assign this judgment in full — I keep no interest or share in anything collected. What I receive is a fixed amount set separately.
- I was advised to consult my own attorney before signing and had the chance to.
- This replaces the collection agreement I signed on 03·14·2023.
